| Service Performed: | Dash and over-the-road air conditioners diagnosed and repaired. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | No truck service in general area. I called Jamie Hicks to see what he could do. He said come on over and he'll give it a try. Jamie started on bus as soon as I arrived. Diagnosed dash air as having faulty (shorted) clutch. I ordered parts shipped to his shop. When parts arrived Jamie installed and dash air worked. Over-the-road air was extremely low on R-134a. Charged with R-134a and added dye, so future leaks could be detected. Service was prompt, friendly, efficient, and reasonable. Jamie doesn't normally work on large vehicle, but was willing to give it a try. He does know air conditioning and other mechanics. If you need work done on your towed vehicle or even your RV, try Jamie's shop. | ||
