They did a great job of fixing the dash air and the recall. They never were
able to fix the leveling issue. They claimed it was the coach builder issue,
when actually it had to do with the Freightliner provided Valid system. The
replaced a leveling valve but did not know how to reset the system so it
would come back to level (front end was way up in the air.) I had to call
Freightliner to get the info how to reset it.
Their forte is not motorhomes, I believe. They will not take appointments.
You bring in your coach and the will tell you when they can get to it (eg 3
days.) They allow the owner to park their rig in a very tight parking area.
They are not responsible for any damage done by anyone else. This is a bit
disturbing.
They were very nice, but I am not sure this is the place to bring a
motorhome in for service.

Replaced both front seatbelts after they deployed when we were hit by large falling rock. Seatbelts would not tighten after explosive charge tightened when
rock hit our bumper at 60 mph.

Did great job ordering and replacing belts. Replaced driver belt first then discovered warning light remained on. Had to return to have passenger belt
replaced also.

Ready to leave for the weekend, went to start motorhome and it wouldn't turn over. Called FMCA Roadside Assistance, Coachnet. Told them the problem, they called around and found that McCoy could take it right in and they'd have us out in an hour or two. So away we went. Got there and was told they couldn't even look at it for at least a week. No repair order was written up, no one would admit to talking to CoachNet till I called and found who they had talked with at McCoy, then he denied ever telling CoachNet they could get right to it.

Called CoachNet, they authorized another tow to Pacific Power in Ridgefield WA.
But that's another review. I was out of Pacific Power just after midnight on Saturday morning, about 10 hours after arriving there. Would have been sooner but their Cummins person wasn't there.
