Engine coolant flush and change to ELC.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Work was OK, but service writer was a joke. I'm a CAT CLUB RV member which provides a 10% discount on parts. First invoice showed a $3 discount for parts! After some discussion he adjusted the bill somewhat, still not discounting all the parts purchased. Then while discussing scheduling for a valve adjustment he informed me that there was a special going on which gave you a FREE oils change with valve lash. I asked him why he had failed to tell me this 2 weeks ago when I was discussing the valve adjustment while having an oil change done, he just looked at me.
