| Service Performed: | Had a leak where my gray water drain pipe connects to the gray tank. Tim Smith, Kachina RV owner, was able to quickly and efficiently repair it. My hot water tank emergency had been "compromised" due to a previous thermostat failure and Tim quickly fixed that as well. The repairs required 2 trips, but I was not charged a service call, just the parts and labor. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | On time and very efficient. Tim Smith is good about grouping service calls to minimize extra cost for customers. The charge for these repairs was very reasonable. I recommend Kachina RV for any RV service in Mesa or Apache Junction, Arizona. | ||
