Found lights that were replaced with used parts. Was charged for 2 crank up vents and only needed 1, sealant applied over old sealant with no real
repairs made. Very expensive with poor quality parts and had to wait much longer than I should have for the repairs. |

The frame they rebuilt had to be completely redone within 2 weeks of use.
The installed refrigerator was installed without insulation and baffle, paid RV repair service $450 to fix within a month of use. New circuit beaker board had to be repaired within 5 weeks of use. None of the circuits were tight enough on 110 and 12volt, the repair person stated it was a wonder we did not have a fire. With the circuits not connecting properly we had to replace reset circuits for the hot water heater due to no proper connection. All of the screws and door opener were not put in properly and we replaced all the screws. The 2 inch drip drain we replaced. When we purchased the RV we asked that the two TV's be in the same working order as the RV TV's we were trading. The main TV only works as a TV we can not use DVD's or Stereo system, and we have a mass of wires that have no purpose. The TV in the bedroom was supposed to be hooked up to local television, it is not and never was hooked up. We purchased this unit on FEB 13, 2012, have only owned it for 2 months and 10 days. It has been constantly in a state of repair. We will never go back to America Choice, their service department is totally incompetent. Service Manager Brady, is rude and sarcastic. In hind sight we should never have purchased this rig. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Waited weeks for them to repair 5th wheel when I got it back landing leg worked for one week then the motor broke off, and can not use. Its been back at this dealer for a month and still not fixed. | ||
