| Service Performed: | Warranty work done on hydraulic front landing gear slide out rooms. Hydraulic fluid was leaking. | ||

I was very happy with the work done on my RV, as well as the amount of time it took and the service. The service
manager would call me himself with updates on the repair, and they even sent a guy out a few days after its return to check and make sure everything was still functioning properly. |

This is on a brand new unit. Purchased Jan. 3, 2009.
Repair ceiling panel, replace water heater element, replace TV due to scratch, get a remote for the TV as one was not provided at purchase. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Very Poor. It took them 1 1/2 months to even call us back to set up a time to fix the RV. Then they had it over a month and when we picked it up it wasn't finished. They are supposed to send us the trim to put on and they said they couldn't do anything about the TV. During all of this time we continually had to call and rarely got a return call. | ||

| Service Performed: | Corrected a manufacturer's wiring error for the refrigerator. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Took longer than planned, but that was because the manufacturer had connected the refrigerator to the switch circuit that operated the ceiling fan & lights. Took a while to find the problem, but satisfied with the result. Very friendly staff. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Fun Time called my insurance provider to check on status of hail claim. When they found out it was approved, they removed the entire door-side skin without my written or verbal permission then took 3+ months to replace the siding. | ||
