Warranty window replacement. After the EPIC failure of Bish's RV in Nampa ID, the Parts Manager, Mike and Jake Shell, Service Manager at Paul Sherry RV have
restored our faith in humanity. They solved a problem for us that had been dogging us since June. They kept us informed when expected parts did not arrive, solved the disconnect with the manufacturer - in short, gave us the best service we've experienced in our first year of full-time RVing. |
