The Dash Air on my 4528 Mountain Aire died. I had no idea why. I called Chuck he came had a look at the whole system and found several things. The
thermostat had become faulty, that was why it quit. Chuck quickly fixed that. We turned the system on it works great. Then Chuck pointed out several things that were going to become problems in the near future for me to get done when I get home. |

Chuck was thoroughly professional, set a time that he would be here even to the extent that when he realized he was going to be late he called me to say
that he would be several minutes late. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the system to me and where future problems were likely to occur and how to get the best deal when doing that future service. |

Chuck made a service call for my heat pump which would not come on. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat.
He ordered the new part, and installed it when it arrived. |

I can't say enough about Chuck's work ethic. If he says he will be there at a certain time, he is. As someone else said "his skills and knowledge are only second to his honesty". This is rare in todays service world (or lack of
it). Nice job Chuck! |

| Service Performed: | Dash A/C Repair - Our dash air conditioner was not performing well on our Newmar Mountain Aire DP. Chuck was listed on our A/C manufacturer's web site. I was traveling through south Florida and Chuck agreed to meet me in a parking lot in Saint Cloud. | ||

He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable about auto A/C equipment. He took the time to show me what he was doing and he explained everything. The A/C has been working great since he fixed it. I would definitely call him again.

| Service Performed: | Had Dash A/C Repaired. Chuck's Mobile Auto Repair is exactly that, a mobile repair service. Advertisement listed in Thousand Trails handout and recommended by Camping Connection of Kissimmee. Telephone call brought chuck to Thousand Trails Camp site. Speedy diagnosis of problem resulting in replacement of compressor and accumulator. Parts had to be ordered and between my work schedule and Chuck's it took an additional two weeks to complete work. Very fair price amounting to $900.00 + tax. This was with two trips to Campsite. | ||

I'm so pleased with the work I'm going to have him diagnosis my Focus automobile and repair its A/C. Kudos to Chuck's Mobile Auto Air! | ||
