| Service Performed: | Gas Onan generator would shut down after running for about 30 minutes to an hour. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I chose this business because they were listed as an authorized Onan service center. Allpower had my motorhome for 2 weeks and all they did was say the oil was low. They stated the generator ran for 6 hours with no problem. In the 30 minutes it took me to drive home the generator shut down. I took it back and they had it for another 2 weeks. After several calls to check on the repair status they finally looked at the generator and said it ran just fine for 4 hours. This time I sat in the parking lot with the generator running for 40 minutes before I left. Within 1 hour and 30 minutes it had shut down. Do not count on Allpower Generator of Claymont, Delaware to be of any help. | ||
