| Service Performed: | This dealership's service department was supposed to have ordered a replacement window, replacement decals, and a replacement entry door, for replacement under warranty. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | After waiting over six months, I contacted Linda Troup, at Carriage Inc, to ask if the parts could be expedited, since our warranty was drawing to an end. She stated that "No parts have ever been ordered for the trailer with that VIN." She assisted us in finding a more reliable dealership where we could have the warranty repairs accomplished. | ||
