| Service Performed: | Replaced cracked heads, both sides. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This is a 4 day job, tops. It took 15 days. It sat ignored most of that time. I requested they check both heads for cracks since it was torn down to access both heads. They said no. When the parts arrived for the original head ONLY THEN did they pull and test the other; it too was cracked and needed replaced. No apologies from service people. On day 10 I complained to general manager and was offered half off my exorbitant RV Park rent as a compensation for my frustration and time, the tow company towed my trailer to the nearest, but expensive, RV park to the Dodge dealer. This was a grossly mismanaged job along with an air of arrogance and lack of concern. On day 13 I demanded it be done and the General Managger yelled at me and nearly revoked his "half rent" offer.... If they were selling hamburgers they would have spit in mine. | ||
