Had numerous items repaired including new rotors, breaks, hoses,
alignment, etc. Price for work was very high and costs of parts even higher. |

After work was completed RV didn't ride right they then indicated that
additional work was required. They seem to perform unnecessary work and do not pay attention to detail. Excessive cost especially if the owner gets involved with research to repair rig, you pay for his time to research at a very high rate. |

Initially I came in to have airbags installed, but they noted I needed leaf springs also, which I agreed to, but the parts were difficult for them to
locate, I had no trouble finding the parts on-line. They said they might have to fabricate a system themselves at a cost of $2k! The work was never done. At one point I was told to order parts they didn't know if they would need but wanted just in case. They did some expensive electrical work and kept the RV for 2 weeks...and all that was completed was fixing some running lights. |

The lights do work, but it was very expensive in terms of cost but even more so in terms of wasted energy talking to these guys, the time they kept
the RV, and overall aggravation. Do not use this place if you have an older RV, are female or over 60 years old. |

| Service Performed: | I have used Cusson several times for oil changes and generator service. They are thorough and do good work. I also had my exhaust system switched to Banks Power. | ||
