Horrible. Took over 3 weeks, no one answers phones, emails, or returns voice messages. No one person owns your
work/issue. They sold me 2 Directv receivers that Directv wouldn't activate as they said they were used/refurbished and leased under another customers account. I paid for new receivers, and none of this was disclosed, besides there being completely useless as can't activate. The 2nd 2 receivers, they replaced with were the same situation. Now, I leave on trip in 2 days, and no way of telling if the satellite they installed even works as they didn't test. The parts dept is a joke, no idea what they are doing or selling and the technicians just as bad! BUYER BEWARE!!!! |
