| Service Performed: | The coach was overheating and needed a new water pump. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | While I write this review (10/05/2011) the coach is still not repaired. The shop told me that it would be ready Monday. I called and was told Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told it would be ready Wednesday, but they were still not sure if the part had arrived. All calls were initiated by me, not the shop I was very appreciative of the fact that they seemed to want to work me in since we were traveling, however that has not increased the speed of service or the ability to help get us back on the road. | ||
