Our HWH jacks started failing intermittently. We paid Cummins�s in Coburg OR and later R Mechanic in Livermore CA to fix the problem but neither shop
could find the problem or fix them. |

We then gave Glenn at Central Point RV in Oregon a try. Excellent service. Explained how he planned to diagnose the problem. Kept us up dated on his
progress. Found the problem, the circuit board, and replaced it. Really fast, friendly, conscientious service. |

Diagnosed why 50 amp not working. Replaced capacitors in air conditioning converter board. Forgive me I am female and not very good at
remembering "auto parts". Checked out and adjusted my United Tow brake. I give them all my business (which has been plenty) since I have owned my RV's as they are very honest and stand behind all their work. |

| Service Performed: | Diagnose hydraulic problem and replace shuttle valve on HWH hydraulic package. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent. Diagnosed hydraulic problem in conjunction HWH trouble shooting. Found replacement part and got it on site the next day. Replaced shuttle valve. Worked with extended warranty to take care of the bill. | ||
