| Service Performed: | Diagnosis of refrigerator failure. Norcold cooling unit ruptured resulting in a loss of the ammonia. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent work done by the manager getting me in on an emergency basis. I was taken in right away and the diagnosis was performed within an hour of arrival, with no appointment. The manager spent several hours on the phone but was unable to get a replacement part shipped to Alaska in a reasonable amount of time. Really great customer service. | ||
