| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent! This father and son team quickly diagnosed and fixed a vexing problem that two prior RV repair shops had worked on, charged us plenty for, and had not fixed. We had this work done at an RV park, and the on-sight service charge was $65, which was well worth it. A few days later, we received a follow up phone call to make sure we were still happy with the repair. We were very impressed by the work, and work ethics, of Lenn and Tom Malm. | ||
