Initially (1 year ago) I would say good to excellent, but over time
the best of the staff moved on for more pay. Management easy to get along with but too many empty promises from AJ and too many repairs that did not work. Took them six months to finally fix a leak over the entry door (many visits each time fixing something else). Finally they took the time to actually remove the door awning and found that during construction someone had cut through the outside wall with a saw (even though we had specifically asked them to check how that awning was installed), AJ just does not listen. Sorry, really can't recommend Fountain RV. Repairs take a long time to get done and then like many places may need to be done again. The last visit the coach was in because the diesel maintenance had caused the generator to only run for a short time then shut down, also problems with GFCI blowing after electrical issues. After several days, was told coach was ready so came over to get it, only to find that they had left the coach running on generator and when we arrived the generator was off (92+ outside), GFCI was blown, residential ref was hot (good thing nothing important in it). Got generator restarted and it was fine for a bit then shut off (exactly why it was brought in). They replaced the GFCI again (moved to 20 amp) and diagnosed the generator issue as fuel filter problem and asked us to take the coach home (about 30 miles) and they would come to our site and replace on Monday (this was Friday). They did not show for that time, and they did not show for two other appointments. Sorry, simply can't give them a good recommendation based on how the place has declined in the past year and a half. |

$30,000 insurance job bus leaks worse than before and all I can say is I should have done my homework. We have been in 7 buses and this is the worst
experience we have ever had. |

Poor, made second trip and why would I expect things to improve if you can not fix it the first time why should I expect you to do it the second time. I have
come to the conclusion he has a problem, greed kicks in and you are on your way out. |
