We got work done on our diesel pusher motor home the end of Sept/2015. The rear passenger Z-spring had to be remounted. AB&A completed the work and
we left for a 5,000 mile trip to the NE and back to Tucson area. |

We found out a little over half the way through the trip that AB&A had mounted the lower plate backwards on the Z-spring. We were lucky to get to a
certified repair shop and got the repairs completed. The incorrect repair, and the subsequent damaged it caused, cost us $1,492.58. AB&A reimbursed us for the original bill of $253.56. The additional cost was "Our Problem". When I spoke with Tracy, the owner, he said he would take care of the additional cost through his insurance. Since then they have completely ignored the problem. Clearly they do not stand behind their work. Their poor workmanship could have caused us to have accident with out motor home and they really do not care. Just being in business for a lot of years is no guarantee that you know what you are doing or that you do quality work. |

Emergency brake light would not go off after getting repair on master brake cylinder. Ford dealer could not evaluate the problem. Tracy at the front desk
knew what the problem was right off and set appointment. |

Limped in with smoking dually, completely at their mercy.
Physical inspection revealed leaking seals. Seals replaced brakes thoroughly examined, cleaned and reassembled. |

Left facility with the utmost confidence in their work and my rig. At a very pleasant hourly rate. Would go out of my way to return for any work involving my axles, brakes or suspension! | ||
