| Service Performed: | The locking mechanism on my door was not working and you couldn't open it from the inside or outside. (I ultimately got it open from the inside, with great difficulty.) He took the door panel off and saw, after analyzing the situation (which I always appreciate), that a cable had slipped out of its clamp and needed to be reseated. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Danny was very friendly, and even showed me what he was doing, and went through his thought process with me. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem and repair it. His price was very reasonable. | ||
