I perform all my own maintenance so when I had to bring my motorhome in for a recall on the refrigerator, I wasn't comfortable with someone else working on my rig. I checked with the fridge manufacturer and found that Gustine RV was an authorized service center in my area. My first step was to check them out before I brought my RV in. I stopped by and found a clean and professional looking campground and service center. We scheduled an appointment and they were extremely accommodating to work around my schedule. When I showed up, the staff was ready to go with the parts in hand. Everyone was courteous and professional and they even put up with my multiple questions with a smile.
I am very particular with how things are performed and every aspect of this recall was done to perfection. This is a family run business that takes obvious pride in the facility and what they do. If you are in need of service on an RV, I highly recommend you check them out. |
