| Service Performed: | Parking brake applying while in other then 'Park'. Tech analyzed system and removed TW-12 valve for evaluation. But got me on the road without it. Scott had no problem with me finding and shipping new valve to his shop, saving me money. After installation and road test, tech adjusted to my request. | ||

| Service Performed: | Loud noise from engine...broken valve required new piston, sleeve, valves, & injector. Turbo required replacement. Repaired sticking accelerator. Failed again 10 miles after pick up going up a steep hill. Scott came out and checked unit soon after I called. Back at the shop, found same piston failed. Also found that the air filter was choked with fine dust. Re-repair covered by shop warranty. Warranty is 1year, 100K miles on parts, 33 days on labor. $95/hr shop rate. | ||

Excellent workmanship, friendly, helpful staff. No problems or extra charges tacked on the first repair or for the warranty work. The best repair shop owner and staff I've ever worked with. Never felt they were trying to snow me or push for other then necessary repairs. 10% labor discount if you mention their web site (first visit).
Shop owner plans to install overnight RV parking spaces in the near future. |

Scott took us in on short notice, and got us out the same day. He kept his promises to advise us what was going on at every step.
Another local shop had us for 2 days without giving us status. |

| Service Performed: | They got us in right away, diagnosed what our problem was and were very knowledgeable about our Cat Engine. He even showed us some diagnostic tips we never knew about using our dash and levers for cruise control to activate it! | ||
