While working in Coffeyville, Kansas for Amazon.com, the weather turned so cold that with the freezing and thawing our accumulator blew up. They
were able to take us in right away and fixed us so we had water and then ordered the part. We returned to have it put in. |

When we went back today to have the part put in, the part had not arrived yet. We had not taken our tow vehicle so they lent us the company truck
to go to breakfast while they waited for the part. We were very pleased with repair and the amount they charged. |

| Service Performed: | TV antenna was not functioning. We were unable to get it to lower to the travel position. Also, we had a water leak on our fresh water shut off. He quickly replaced the elevator gear and one other gear. He had to purchase the water shut off valve here in town as this problem was not told to him when we made the appointment. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Both items were fixed to our satisfaction. The RV tech was very knowledgeable. If we are in this area again, we will not hesitate to call. | ||
