The air conditioner went out on my RV. A Lloyd's RV Service technician diagnosed the problem and suggested a new air
conditioner. The new unit was installed quickly and efficiently. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and cleared up any question I had after the job was completed. I was very satisfied with the work and the cost of the replacement unit. |

Emergency work on window shield wipers. Ran into rain and the wipers stopped as we were traveling. Called and they got us in right away, fixed
the problem the best they could and got us back on the road. Informed us that we needed a new wiper arm but they took care of us so we could get to our designation and then get a permanent fix. All work was completed, no charge and got us back on the road within 30 minutes. |

Replaced complete front axle.
Reinstalled original backing plate and brakes. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Brake wires were never hooked up. Although brake shoes were worn out, tech never informed anyone of this. When RV didn't stop well by the time we arrived in Florida. A further inspection found all the issues above. In fact, the 5th wheel needed brakes all around. | ||
