  Service Performed:   Felton�s had the coach in for warranty work for over 3.5 weeks, doing minimal work (only removing broken slide topper), but also me needing filing a report
of theft � a personal item was missing after I picked it up.

  Service Performed:   Inspect and replace seal on full-wall slide out.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Seal came off after operating slide twice. Took it back on 7/16/14 to have it redone. Over three weeks later, after every excuse imaginable, including
that Mitch joined the circus for two of those weeks, no kidding, you can't make this up, it still wasn't done. I picked it up and took it elsewhere. I'll
never go back and suggest you steer clear.

  Service Performed:   Paid $365 for RV Inspection prior to RV purchase.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After purchasing RV discovered several items listed as "good" on inspection report were defective. For example, satellite dish listed as good had been removed completely and did not exist. Also leveling jacks listed as good, one was leaking fluid and foot was missing as well. The list gones on!

  Service Performed:   Replaced gas genset with diesel genset.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The installation was not done the way I wanted it, the service tech failed to show for work on several days, Beverly could not find him. After repeated attempts to get the job finished and genset running I have given up on them. Do not use these people.
