I've had a myriad of frustration at this particular location, of which there isn't
enough room here to type it all out... so let's just say compared to work I had done down in Oregon a year and a half ago, this has been the total opposite of how we where treated there! I've had to drive there 3 times to make sure it was plugged in, and one of the times they couldn't get the ignition key to fit....and of course they where trying to get 'my' key to fit a totally different motorhome! They do have another location, about twice as far away, so I may give them a try next time, but the crew here seems to be all young, with few if any, older experienced techs. Not sure if that's a bad thing...but 'experience' does have value! I just got an e-mail this morning, that the job wasn't finished yesterday (just have two small jobs) as they wanted me to confirm that I'd pay another 1.5 hours of labour, so they could finish the job! |

| Service Performed: | Engine and chassis service (RV package) plus cleaning of the radiator/CAC. Also had the brakes checked. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | First Truck got me in to the shop on short notice - Saturday morning no less. They had the lead tech go through what I wanted done and while he was with me fixed a minor issue I had with the brakes for no charge. The work was done ahead of schedule and the motorhome was well looked after. A week after the work was done, I received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the work etc. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience. They also handle most of the Class A diesel pusher work in the area so they're used to handling RVs. | ||
