A/C not cooling properly. Appointment scheduled in advance. Showed up to find that a storm had knocked out electrical service to the area. Service manager met us with a smile, cranked up our generator, analyzed the problem, and made the repairs in the parking lot. We were on the road in less than an hour. As
far as I'm concerned, Crain RV wrote the book on courteous, competent, customer service. |

Excellent. Over and above the call of duty. We went on to camp in 98 degree weather. The A/C kept us cool at a steady 78 degrees. We could not have been
more pleased and grateful. |
