  Date of Service:   4/21/2017
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   I had two issues. One was jake brake not working and
amber "check engine" light. The rep came to Treetops
Arlington and found a loose wire to correct the jack
brake problem. Also installed a new sensor to correct
the "check engine" light. Excellent job.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The job was done in 2 hours and he did an excellent
job. The only complaint was the price. The service
call, $150 part, and 2 hours work totaled over $800.
  Value of Service:   Good
  Quality of Service:   Excellent

  Date of Service:   3/1/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Ask for oil/fuel/air filters oil change.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Did not replace air filter, ended up doing it myself. The coach also developed an oil leak after the work. After my own search I found three bolts on the
corner of the case access plate right next to the engine oil filter. Coincidence? It did not leak before I took it, it did leak when I got it home. Hmmmmm. The
response from the service manager was lackluster at best. Will NEVER go back!

  Quality of Service:   Poor

  Date of Service:   6/30/2010
  Company Contact:   Eric Jay
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   I had Holt Cat check the front bearings for wear, change out the chassis batteries, adjust the Height Control Values front and back, lubricate the entire coach, check the front ball joints, and check the air in the tires to make sure they were at 105 psi.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Eric Jay the shop foreman contacted Spartan and obtain the specs for the front bearings and wheels. They mic'd the bearings, replaced the oilers, changed out the chassis batteries with 2 CAT 1000 CCA batteries. They checked the HCV on the front and everything was fine, checked the HCV on the rear and it was 6" too high and they readjusted, lubed the entire chassis, checked the ball joints (noted that the rubber boots had disintegrated). Added air to all 6 tires. Would I use them again, Yes.
  Value of Service:   Good
  Quality of Service:   Very Good
