Awning rope never received after more than one month from Dometic, I suspect that somehow Lake RV didn't place the order at all. They did a nice
job of identifying issues, and talking with Dometic support, it is just a shame the follow-up was poor. |

| Service Performed: | We were traveling from Colorado Springs to Canada when our refrigerator and furnace quit working. We stopped by the Chambers office and they suggested we stop at Lake RV, Inc. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We pulled in at Lake RV, Inc. at 4pm and they were very helpful they set us up in the adjoining HI DEE HO RV Park and then ordered a cooling unit for our refrigerator and a motor for our furnace. The parts arrived in 2 days. As soon as the parts arrived they fixed our RV and we were on our way the same day. Thanks to Lake RV & HI Dee Ho RV Park. | ||
