| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Barry is a no nonsense tech. Quickly evaluates the problem and fixes it. He showed up about 30 min. after I called. I highly recommend him if your in the Memphis area and need work. We were south of Memphis in Herndon, Ms and man it was hot. I needed that 2nd A/C bad. | ||

| Service Performed: | Repair Air Conditioning System - intermittent working and not working. Found A/C volts coming from fluorescent lights to be causing problem. Many things checked and circuit board replaced under warranty with Dometic, but the lights were found after board replacement and still not operating. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent technical skills and troubleshooting was very thorough. If Dometic reps were more tech oriented, this may have been solved earlier. Barry, the owner, is an excellent service person. | ||

FYI: This company works out of Nesbit, MS, but services the entire Memphis, TN, metro area and West Memphis, AR.
Diagnosed our refrigeration problem, refrigerator had trouble staying cold on hot days, and replaced faulty thermostat. Also did Norcold refrigerator recall fix. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | So far, so good! Barry is extremely professional and quick. Showed up at our RV site when he said he would and diagnosed the problem. Parts were needed, and were ordered and installed in the promised time frame. We will use him again if we need RV repairs in the Memphis area. $60 for the service call, plus parts and labor. | ||
