  Date of Service:   4/1/2010
  Company Contact:   STEVE Z.
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Diagnose, locate and replace solenoid to starting motor.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Engine starting motor could not start unless jumped from starting motor to solenoid. Two previous repair facilities could not find cause of this condition. One of these facilities was a dealer specializing in my coaches chassis and kept the coach for three days. Charges for this was $190.00. The coach would not start when stopped for fuel in Virginia. I had to crawl under coach and perform a jump from solenoid to start the motor. The coach was not turned off until it was on the campsite at North Myrtle Beach. A mobile service mechanic checked the ignition and continuity of the solenoid and could not locate problem or start the engine. He referred The Mobile Mechanic, Steve Z., who spent approximately 30 minutes locating the problem solenoid, which was defective and inoperative. It was replaced at a cost of $190.47, labor and material ($27.95). Problem solved and no further trouble. Highly recommend "The Mobile Mechanic".
