  Date of Service:   2/27/2017
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Started losing boost pressure below 1500 RMP. Diagnostic code was - "ENG_PID_102_4_ Boost Pressure_low voltage". Took the motorhome into Freightliner
of Tampa. The diagnosis was a sticking Waste Gate inside the Turbo Booster. They replaced the Turbo Booster. Two bolts broke in the process, so they had
to remove the starter in order to remove & replace them. After a road check the warning light came on indicating a Manifold Pressure problem. Replaced the
sensor for that and everything checked out OK.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent.
We had to wait a day for the part to come in. Tampa Truck Center does not allow overnight stays at their facilities so they directed us to a cul-de-sac behind
the facility where we stayed without problem.
Everyone we dealt with were professional, polite and friendly. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price.

  Date of Service:   4/29/2010
  Company Contact:   Larry (RV Tech)
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Replace dash A/C condenser fan on Freightliner chassis on Class A motorhome. I went to Tampa Truck Center after LazyDays service center and the Tampa Coach Care center turned me away. VERY disappointed in Tampa Coach Care.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   A truck dealership that has a full time RV tech and a separate RV section in their shop. Very helpful service facility that really worked with me to get repairs made. Straightforward problem that was diagnosed over the phone with no obligation on my part to keep the part if it was not needed; part was overnighted in for a total freight cost of $21. Scheduled repair appointment at my convenience. Let us stay in the motorhome while work was done on the outside. Total labor charge was under $100. They don't deal with service plans/extended warranties but Service Adviser went way out of his way and spent considerable time and effort to get me the information I needed to file a claim. Work was done quickly and competently. Good place for Freightliner and Cummins work.
