Rented a class C, first timers. Truck had less than 10k on it and we
put the 10000th mile on it. #2 valve was leaking and so that means we were streaming poop. He got it solved and fixed the valve in an hour and 15. |

Simple valve swap. He had the part. He luckily showed up within an
hour of contact by chance. This guy is twice my age and he was on his hands and knees showing us the ropes. A fantastic American. From the silent generation, working harder and with more pride than current generations. |

We have used Gary at least once per winter season in Rockport over the last 5 years or so. Always something that needs a professional to repair. This year it
was the furnace that needed to be removed, cleaned of some rust in the burner area, and reinstalled. Gary did a good job during a cold snap to get the rig warm again. |

Contacted Gary about servicing our Aqua Hot for its annual
maintenance and to look at 2 of our A/Cs for vibrations. Hydra Hot working fine, but wanted to have maintenance done before going to CA. Did fuel filter and nozzle replaced was going to check fuel pressure, but could not get fan to operate. After 2-3 hours and phone calls to Aqua Hot they determined that it "could be" control module. Since it is an older model, there appears that there is no longer parts for this unit, plus I now have no heat. Thankfully we still have hot water on electric side. I understand that electrical components can go bad at anytime, but wonder if something could have shorted out module while doing service. Spent so much time on trying to get Aqua Hot going that there was not enough time to address air conditioning issue, had doctors appointments which was not his fault. Very disappointed in the fact that unit was in worse repair than when he started, plus the service charge for unit when could not complete. He was very reasonable for his extra time spent. |

Great job! very personable. Very thorough. Offered explanations of everything he did. A factory trained Aqua-Hot technician. I learned not to try service on
my own, because of all the extra steps and adjustments he makes (which you won't see on you tube!). |

He was fast courteous, knowledgeable and WET!!! Was scary climbing ladder in wind to remove zip dee awning. He did so and together we loaded
the awning on his pickup and we were again on our way. FYI he spends summers in Estes park, Co and was leaving for there the next week. |
