What an incredibly thoughtful person! Both John and the
woman who took my call were so kind and professional. I was desperate for help when my power went completely out in 107�. John gave me some very good advice on what it could be and as so many others have stated already, he gave his time and advice at no charge. I hope I can repay him somehow, but for now my 5-star rating and recommendation will have to suffice. THANK YOU for being there to help A-1! |

My 12 volt side of the house went out. John diagnosed the problem over the phone with a few photos and a description of what happened. I was able to
make the repair and all sides of the coach are running |

John was ill and could not drive. He examined the photos I sent and gave suggestions on how to test for a bad solenoid and the work around until I could get
a new part. He gave his expertise and did not charge for the several phone calls and texts. I was told that he was good and fair in his work. In a world where I had to pay $200 just for mileage in the past, someone like John is a diamond. |
