| Service Performed: | Our hot water heater stopped working on either propane or AC. Rather than pay for a service call, we drove by their facility. Their mechanic immediately diagnosed the problem (with a meter) as a faulty thermostat and sold us the part, which we installed. They did not charge for the diagnostic work, and the total cost of the repair was $18.00! That's right, Eighteen dollars! | ||

| Service Performed: | We were concerned about one of our sliders being out of alignment. When we called, they told us an on-site service call was $50. They came out, evaluated the slider, determined there was no problem with alignment, and spray-lubricated the mechanism. They wanted to charge us $150. When we complained, they "gave us a break" and only charges us $100. | ||
