  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Second time for delamination on the same wall, same area. Was "repaired" by body shop as that is what was recommended by manufacturer according to the dealer. Service manager has never returned my calls, when I go in he is never available to talk to me. Unit was taken for repairs a second time in Sept 2011. Was called in early April 2012 and told repairs were completed in October, 2012. Inspected work and was not happy, could see where repairs were made but told they would not do anything more for me.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Have been told by several sources that hard walls could not be repaired adequately. Walls must be replaced. Original repairs cracked and sunk, repaired again and can still see where repairs were made. Very hard to get them to call back. Overall service is terrible from the everyone involved at the service and warranty level. Upper management chooses to ignore the problem.

  Service Performed:   This was a brand new trailer, we bought it for more room, on of the beds had a fold out air mattress, it leaked from the first day, it took 6 weeks to get it replaced while guest had to sleep on the floor.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The worst ever, I have never had such poor service from a new vehicle, I am scared to death if something else should go wrong.
