  Service Performed:   During our vacation in the Black Hills a leveling spring on the jack broke. After tightening it up and looking for a Freightliner dealer, I found one in Gillette, Wy. this was right on our way. We Called Richard and made our way to the dealer. We didn't have to disconnect, we were pulled right in and a technician was put on the job. He was great and this was the first jack he had fixed. Great Job. It only took less than a half hour and there was no charge. Thanks Richard.

  Service Performed:   Engine de-rated, being Saturday I could find no Cat dealer open. Freightliner gave me Jack's Truck & Equipment's phone number. The service department wasn't really open for business but Richard said he had one Technician on duty and he would take a look at it if I could get there.
Sixty miles later I was there and 45 minutes later they had changed the fuel filters and I was back on the road.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The Technician, Chris, did an excellent job. I didn't
even have to unhook the toad. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
