  Service Performed:   Replace front captains chairs, remove sleeper sofa, replace with double recliner, replace padding in dinette seating, replace carpeting and place splash guard
kitchen and bathroom. done on schedule and on budget.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Could not be better, looks factory original, and factory original on a Dynaquest is pretty good

  Service Performed:   Replaced motor in one of our AutoMotion window shades.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Outstanding, we arrived and within 5 minutes there was a tech in our coach replacing the shade motor. It can't get much better than that!

  Service Performed:   Replaced all day night shades and installed Automotion shades, installed privacy shade and sunshade in front end of coach, removed and replaced
TV in front end of coach.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   With the exception of being one blind unit short everything was done according to directions, right on the estimate and right on the time schedule.
Workers were friendly to the extent of replacing a shear pin on my kitchen slide that broke while there, NO CHARGE. Highly recommend.

  Service Performed:   Replace headliner, replace cockpit curtain and bunk curtain
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   This is a bait and switch operation. The first brother looked at the work needed: Replace the ceiling in the galley and the cabinets, replaced the cockpit and bunk curtains. No problem, gave us a bid, we agreed. When we picked the rig up, the galley ceiling had been replaced but the cabinets were still the old ceiling. The curtains had been replaced with stiff faux-leather on household curtain hooks, ridiculous. The ceiling had been installed over the unfilled holes from removed speakers. We took the rig back, spoke to nice brother again, who agreed to finish the job by replacing the ceiling in the cabinets and doing a more appropriate install on the curtains. When we went back to pick the rig up, we were given to the "evil twin". Nothing had been done about the soft ceiling spots over the speakers, the curtain hooks remained but had been pinched closed, and the cabinets had been done - and we were charged an additional $300 over the original price. When we tried to discuss the inequity the brother just walked away. We have since read that they sued their father to steal his business name. Not surprised.

  Service Performed:   Installation of TV Digital Converter's for built in TV's in driver's overhead and bedroom cabinet's. Requiring considerable time due to complex configuration.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent! Stuck with original estimate even though it took about twice as long as expected.
