Serviced refrigerator (Norcold) and warranty replacement of spotlight
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Tracked mud into RV with refrigerator service. Service manage argumentative and rude on phone, not knowledgeable on actual work to be performed - always had to call in technician. When light replaced must have used a tube of silicone, sloppy and unnecessary. I'll have to
cleanup. Original was light painted, only option was for me to paint and return. Not willing to work with manufactured to identify correct part.
