We dropped off our 2014 Concord class "C" for a new awning on the 23rd of this month. We picked it up on the 30th of this month. Everyone there was top
shelf and above-board. They told us they were not sure when it would be done, but would do their best to get it done ASAP. It only took a week from drop off to pick up. We are very satisfied with the work done by "Madison RV" in Madison Al.! I would recommend them if asked. |

I took my motorhome here to have the A/C gasket on the roof replaced in early December 2014. While the work was completed in only a couple of days,
both my wife and I became ill and were not able to return to pick up the motorhome until January 10th, 2015. The work appears to have been performed flawlessly with no dust and debris inside the motorhome resulting from the removal of the A/C. The best part is that the total bill for removing the A/C from the roof, removing and replacing the gasket, and reinstalling the A/C was only $220.00 out-the-door. This also included me having to store my motorhome with them for a month! The service is fantastic. I'm extremely confident that if I had gone to the motorhome dealer in Huntsville, the work would have cost me $1000.00. (I know from experience). |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We called this dealer and told them our situation, we were staying a week caring for a grandchild while our daughter had surgery, and were without the main heat system. They graciously told us to bring it right in and they would see what they could do. They called us back later that day and told us it was indeed the thermostat and they ordered it, plus other parts, and that they should be in in 2-3 days. We got the motorhome and hooked back up expecting to bundle up the baby for a few nights. The next DAY they called and said the parts were in and to bring the coach and they would get it working. We actually waited in the sales showroom while they did the repairs. I can't praise them enough for the service and the friendly welcome they showed us, especially since they had no previous sales or repairs with us. Thank you Madison RV !! | ||
