We received several good recommendations from
friends, so decided to give them a try. We dropped off our motorhome on 5/22/17 to have a few fresh water system problems fixed, as well as get quotes for other repairs. We knew they were busy so we weren't concerned about getting it back right away. However, after about 7 days we began calling to find out when we could expect to get our RV back. We called 8 times, and each time we were told to either call back later or that they would call us. They never returned any of our calls. On 6/3/17 (day 12), we went there and retrieved our motorhome. It had not been repaired. However, there are now large stains on the (admittedly old) carpet on the doghouse (engine cover inside) and someone either used the toilet or put something foul in it that I had to flush with bottled water because the fresh water tank was still empty. They seemed pleasant enough at first, but they either seriously overbooked their service department, or for whatever reason chose not to do business with us. |

No work completed. We were told by the attendant that
per the shop manager he tried to call us, but might have had the wrong number. We double checked that BOTH numbers were correct when they wrote down our information on the ticket. |

| Service Performed: | They replaced the entire front fiberglass end cap. It had delaminated due to water leaking in the front roof seam and or running lights. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The workmanship was excellent! No more leaking. Despite the manufacturer initially denying the warranty claim. They were able to push it thru and the work was done at no charge to myself! | ||
