Evaluation of Service Performed:   Was told that it would be 2 months to get it in and
since I had a MH over 10 years old they would not even

  Date of Service:   11/18/2016
Company Contact:   Jim in Service Department
  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   Repaired the trailer brakes on my RV.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I was on my way up north for deer camp with a loaded trailer, and a truck full of people when we lost the trailer brakes on the toy hauler. It was Friday
afternoon and we pulled into Camping world to see if we could find the problem. Jim the service manager pulled one of his technicians off of another vehicle
and had him diagnose the problem. We were on our way in less than an hour. Camping World seems to get a bad rap for service, but not this one!
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent

  Date of Service:   6/4/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Exhaust System Replacement, Air Brake system service, PAC Brake not functional, A/C Not working.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   These items were found after purchase of coach and were not functional/correct as stated on vehicle inspection sheet. These repairs took 2 months to get
completed! It also took contact with Camping World customer service to get things moving. They did agree to get things taken care of but, there was no
activity the first 3 weeks they had it as there was an internal dispute on how it was to be covered cost wise. Once things got moving, everything was taken
care of to my satisfaction. The slowness of getting it addressed is why I gave them a "Fair". I will give them another chance in the future.
  Value of Service:   Very Good
  Quality of Service:   Fair

  Date of Service:   11/17/2008
  Work Done on:   Class C
Toad
Service Performed:   Ordered 2 fantastic fans, HWH leveling system, tow bar, bracket adapter, and add a brake system plus installation. Later added a new awning to replace a damaged one.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They installed the HWH system before Thanksgiving. But there was a "jack down" indicator lite that was always lit even though the jack was up. They only "noticed" this on December 4, when I was in a hurry to pick up the motorhome. They needed to order a sensor. I haven't been contacted about the sensor. I brought the toad to them on December 1, 2008 with a promise that the work would be done on December 2. They finally finished the work on December 4. There was evidence that this was a "rush job," not completed. (A horn on the toad was hanging by it's wires and the fascia was reinstalled improperly on the toad.) The service manager was doing all the work by himself. I expressed my concerns in email to Marcus L, the President of Camping World, but haven't heard anything from him.

I would not trust them to work on your unit.
