  Service Performed:   Replace old sat with new one. Requested roof check using leftover caulk from sat job, charged $14 for sat caulk...really. Charged me $220 to caulk three
small areas. Never received OK from service reps to charge me that ridiculous price. On top of that, tech wired sat switch to sink lights which required lights
to be kept on for power to reach sat switch. I'll fix it myself to avoid more screw ups.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Typical dishonest dealership add-on costs. I was willing to pay for roof caulk job but $220 for a ten minute job? Tech knew lights had to be on to operate the
sat because he turned them on to demo sat for me.

  Service Performed:   HWH motor/pump failed so we could not use the jacks/slides. Ordered replacement parts and installed them. This company was Blaine Jensen RV and is now
Camping World.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very happy with the time it took to evaluate the problem, order the parts, and replace the parts. Everyone was very helpful in getting the HWH system back
up and running.

  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   I Purchased and had an Atwood 115 V, Propane DSI water heater installed in my HitchHiker II 5th Wheel.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The workmanship was very good and the water heater worked without any problems or leaks. However, my toilet mysteriously sprung a leak that I discovered immediately after returning to the RV park. The water hose in the rear of the toilet required tightening. Coincidence?

  Service Performed:   We have still not taken possession of our Monaco Diplomat 40PDQ sense we bought it in Mar. of 2004, they have lied to us about it being repaired when it was not, just so we would take possession of a deffective coach. Now 7+ months later they are wanting it to go to back to the factory to be rebuilt, while still claiming it is fixed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The more they do to the coach the more problems they make. Like putting a dent in the main slide out while trying to repair it, but still not doing so. I don't think telling a customer that they have done something that they have not it a service, I think it is deceptive. Negitive poor rating
