Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   1-Yearly full service.
2-Change two rear air bags.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They did a super great job. They found some problems I did not know I had. They then fixed them. The cost was much lower than I expected. I would highly recommend theM to anyone in the Nashville area.

  Date of Service:   11/14/2003
  Work Done on:   Bus Conversion
Service Performed:   Brake chamber diaphragms replaced. Air leak fixed.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Quality work, but rather high on shop rates. I feel like a poor boy being there, they are used to high-rollers. I asked them to notify me if the repairs hit the $400 range.
Two weeks later, they called and said come get it and the bill was nearly $1000.00.

Put me in the poorhouse for a week or two. Work was done correctly, though. Has held up so far. I think they triple charge for parts. Feels like they don't hear when you ask or tell them something.......too busy for small spenders.

  Service Provider Response:
Please be advised that the parts required to repair
the bus brake chambers are 3 system diaphragms and both large and small diaphragm had to be replaced on both sides of drive axle. Not only are they very expensive,
but they are hard to locate. Bus is over 30 yrs old and very rusted and hard to work on. The owner was advised that this work would be expensive, and we advised to proceed with repairs.
