  Service Performed:   All of our receptacles in our
Winnebago Travato was not working.
Narrowed that down to a faulty GFCI.
We called Camping World and spoke to
Brett in service he told us some
things to check and we still were
having problems so we stop by
Camping World he came out to the
coach caught a couple of things like
the master switch was still off from
replacing the GFCI still wasn't
working and could not reset the GFI
he had one of his service Personnel
Dave come out and took it back off
again and found one of the wires
that came loose when we were
replacing it back in the box.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Had us on the road again in less
than an hour great service Camping
World FANTASTIC HELP TO US!

  Service Performed:   Kwikee steps quit extending so we went to Camping World. Had it for two days to "diagnose". Charged us $127 for diagnostics.
Told us that both the motor and the controller were bad and needed replacing. Estimate was $500 + the diagnostic of $127, +
tax. Since we had a trip planned before they could get us in to actually fix it, we went ahead with the trip and just used a
box to get in/out of RV.
On the way back from our trip, the steps extended while driving�I had to take the Kwikee motor off to get the steps to release
and retract. Zip tied them in.
Since it was off, I bench tested the motor. Good! Motor was good. Then, I think, "if ya'll are going to replace all the parts
of this thing, why is there a diagnostic fee" AND WHY TELL US THE MOTOR IS BAD WHEN YOU CHARGED US FOR DIAGNOSTICS THAT
OBVIOUSLY WERE NOT DONE?
Went to the service and asked for money back. The woman at service was surly and crappy to us and tried to give us some excuse
but we did get our money back.
I bought a new controller on Amazon for $130. Neighbor installed it and we have been good ever since.
Camping World lied to us (twice) and over charged us and treated us poorly. I will never spend another dime there. Beware!

  Service Performed:   Had a low power problem with my slide
out and my refrigerator had stopped
working. Waited for the call they
told me I would get on Tuesday. It
never came. Called Wednesday said I
would get a call back before end of
day. Didn't get it. Called back and
left a message never got a call back.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Was told they could not fix
refrigerator. And wanted to replace
entire drive system for slide. I
picked it up. Got home they had left
cover loose from outside of
refrigerator, it was gone. Took
adapter off electric plug and kept
it. Gave them the measurements 4
times for the cover. Sent my nephew
to pick it up and nobody knew
anything about it sent me the cover
for the roof. Called back they were
very rude about it and treated me
like it was my fault and I had to
take time off work to go pick it up
at another place. When I slid out the
slide it is now making an awful noise
like the gears are not meshing. I
called the store manager he told me
to bring it in. When I got there they
were extremely rude and tried to tell
me it was broken when I brought it
in. Long story short. RUN AWAY DON'T
USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENTIONED.

  Service Performed:   Replaced damaged outside shower, winter freeze damage.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were on our way north to Canada when I discovered the damaged (and leaking) outside faucet. Stopped at Camping World in Albuquerque where I was
told that because of service backlog, our unit had to be left overnight and would be ready for pick up the following day. I asked if a service tech could
quickly show me how to remove the damaged faucet, and service tech Ben Henderson, heard me and volunteered right then to show me how to effect the
repairs. He sent me into the retail store to buy a new unit, and by the time I returned to our RV, the old part was removed, and by the time I went in to
complete their request for service, the new faucet was installed. I've never been treated more courteously than I was that day at Camping World by
Mr.Henderson and his boss Ms Jennifer Housand. I paid my bill (very reasonable) and within an hour and a half we were back on the highway feeling very
thankful and secure. A very wonderful, helpful and courteous team of professionals at Camping World in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

  Service Performed:   We had new tires and Smart tire put on our rig
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Steve in the Camping World store made sure all the tires were 08 tires and when the smart tire was delayed by UPS he made sure we were contacted to back up our date. Aron the store manger made sure we had hook ups for our inconveniences and John and the guys who installed the smart tire worked well past the store hours to make sure all worked well. Thanks
