  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They did the work as scheduled and neatly. Work was over one man days worth so they had multiple people working on it and they
had all parts ready to use.

  Service Performed:   Coach was brought in for annual engine, generator and Aquahot service - plus diagnose and repair issue with the coach's air suspension system. Note the
repair of the air suspension system had been attempted previously by another service provided - but symptoms reappeared within 300 miles.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We dropped the coach off without an appointment while en route home from a weeklong trip finishing our trip in the toad. They said that they were booked
with appointments until August 18th (roughly 3 weeks from the time we dropped it off) - but that they'd do their best to squeeze us in! Exactly one week
later, I was shocked when Veurinks called ME to provide a status update. I've NEVER had an RV dealership call me with a status update before! - I've always
had to hound them! All the routine annual service stuff had been completed - and the issue with the air suspension system identified, the repair approved
by my extended service contract provider and parts ordered! They even spotted that one of the inside dually tires was flat - and had fixed that! The parts
for the air suspension report were received and installed a week later. We picked the coach up August 20th - and have put roughly 400 miles on it since
then without any signs of the air suspension problem. They're the best!

  Service Performed:   Prepped 2012 Jeep Liberty for towing. Work included purchase and installation of base plate, tow bars, SMI Air Force One braking system as well as electrical
wiring to tie into the Jeep's lights.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The installation work was performed as scheduled and for the quoted price. Everything has performed as expected. The Veurinks staff worked with us to
coordinate the installation to coincide with our taking possession of our new (to us!) motor coach. They made arrangements for us to have access to our
coach while the Jeep was being prepped. We had all the access we needed to their service staff who gave us walkthrus of the various coach systems (water,
electric, mechanical, etc.) They provided us with space and electrical hookups to stay on their service lot overnight so that our first trip in the new coach
wasn't a long drive home in the dark. They even introduced us to the previous owners of our coach! They went out of their way to provide great service.

  Service Performed:   I have been conversing with Sue via email for the past several days trying to locate a part for my Holiday Rambler Endeavor motorhome. Despite the
fact that the part was obsolete Sue went above and beyond in her assistance to me. She even found a service that could repair my circuit board and
was able to get me a phone number for them.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Sue could have been like other parts people I talked to and stopped trying to help me after finding out that the part was obsolete. Fortunately she
was tenacious in finding a solution to my problem. It's folks like Sue that restore my faith in humanity.

  Service Performed:   Slide out was leaking and one A/C was not working.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Slide out adjusted - does not leak now.
A/C: A Dometic service tech told me I needed a new A/C (at a recent rally). Veurinks checked it out and found it only need a reversing switch. Switch replaced at much less cost and now it works fine.
