Evaluation of Service Performed:
We were on vacation, towing fifth wheel, and experienced power problems with our 2004 Ford SD F-350. Cimino worked us into their busy, hectic schedule and provided knowledgeable repair within four days. Only thing we would suggest is that the dealer provide a "loaner" car for transportation while in Raton. We would have paid for this loaner. Being "stuck" in Raton would have been much more pleasant had we had transportation. No rental cars in Raton.
