  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Instrument cluster replacement because of faulty gas gauge. This led to electrical problems and dead batteries. The dealer had the RV 2 & 1/2 months. During that time - we talked with the dealership several times expressing displeasure with the service.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We would not take our RV to this dealer for any service.

  Service Performed:   Replacement of instrument cluster (twice). Rewiring of brake light.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor. The service department of this dealer had our RV for a total of seven weeks. During that time the RV was returned to us once but problems were not fixed and we had additional problems and 3 dead batteries. We returned the RV to the dealer and after seven weeks got it back working but with dead batteries again. It took many phone calls and a few visits to the service manager during the seven weeks and was extremely frustrating.
