  Service Performed:   After over a year of trying to locate an electrical problem with my Fleetwood Sprinter Pulse with 8, yes, 8 visits to a major RV repair center with no results, I
located Rick's RV repair. I made an appointment for 8:30 and by 9:30, the problem had been solved with the replacement of a fuse. Rick's RV is very good!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Replacement of a fuse cured all the problems that no one else could find. Rick's RV is a refreshing joy to work with and will be the shop I go to on service
and any future situations on my RV.

  Service Performed:   We arrived at River Plantation RV Park on a Tuesday afternoon and found our refrigerator was not working. We called Ricky's and he was there within an hour.
He diagnosed that the cooling unit replaced. He made every effort to get a new unit ASAP. He installed the new unit and the installation was neat and clean,
friendly and professional.

  Service Performed:   My camper is in storage and the seal on slideout started leaking so when I was there I called Rickys and they came out and said I needed a new seal Well they
told me it would cost one price I agreed to that price well he said he could have seal in just a couple of days so it should have been fixed the next week well
it didn't because there was a lot of big rig campers in town and they took priority over my pull behind so needles to say it sat for two weeks in which it rained
and soaked the floor in my camper well they got it done they said and called me so I could pay and the bill was several hundred higher than quoted I asked
why Tim told me he told me wrong at first but never called to correct it with me so needles to say I thick these guys are crooks!!!!!!

  Service Performed:   Replaced Winegard Trav'ler SK-3005. HWH jack not working, put in solenoid. Ricky dealt with each of these companies since this was all warranty work.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very professional service. We had problems with the delivery of parts, and we were kept informed of every step. Ricky's work was excellent as well as his manner. He came to our site. We would recommend him without any reservations.

  Service Performed:   Called Rick when staying at an RV Park in Sevierville, and could not get new receiver to pick up picture in our bedroom TV. We had been having difficulty for some time, and had been advised that we needed a replacement receiver. Direct TV sent us one, but the Direct TV technician could not get our bedroom TV to work, either. We were ready to call it quits, and get another TV, but it just seemed to me that the system was all too new to have these kinds of problems.

We asked around the RV Park, and made a few calls, and Rick solved our problem, perfectly.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Rick evaluated the situation, called our manufacturer, and came to a solution. He was a gentleman, whose professional and analytical manner was a real pleasure to deal with. No matter was too puzzling, but, rather, a challenge.
