Brakes were not working properly; they did not seem to understand the problem or the solution, responded by changing parts including controller and magnets at cost of $800. Properly diagnosed and fixed water heater for $270. |

Warranty management non existent; failed to get reimbursed for water heater still under manufacturer's warranty. Failed to get reimbursement from extended warranty. Brakes still functioning poorly. |
